What is atitool.sys
The atitool.sys is a low-level driver also called the ATITool Low-Level Driver owned by ATITool Overclocking Utility (also known as ATITool). This software is owned and developed by W1zzard. A Low-Level Driver (LLD) or atitool.sys is a collection of software or programs stored in a computer’s library that was designed by Texas Instruments (TI). LLD can also be used for transferring one memory to another memory specifically for EDMA. The ATITool Low-Level Driver has no limit in overclocking. It also supports NVIDIA cards overclocking and the GPU and memory voltage adjustment on VGA-supported cards. The ATITool monitors and controls the temperature and speed of the fan in some supported cards. It is also in charge of removing overclocking lock catalyst for series cards 9000, 9200, 9550, and 9600. The ATITool has full support to all ATI and NVIDIA cards. The latest version to have been developed was the 0.26 version released on the 8th of December 2006.
