The atchksrv.exe file process is called the Displays State of Intel Active Management Technology, which is a component of Intel Active Management Technology (AMT), a type of hardware-based technology software, and created by Intel. Also called Intel Active Management or Intel Network Connections, AMT is used to remotely manage and secure the computer, with the capability to build functions, which are very applicable to PCs for businesses. Regardless of the type of computer, a user can monitor the performance and activities or access of his or her computer, maintain it, update or upgrade any software and applications, as well as repair or fix any issues. In addition, AMT is basically one of the tools of the Intel Management Engine, which is mostly found on computers with or IntelCore 2 processor or Centrino platform that features vPro technology. As it mainly highlights remote-configuration, remote management, power-management and security, Intel AMT depends on the modules, including atchksrv.exe file bundled with it.
