What is  ascmd.exe

An executable file named ascmd.exe belongs to the software AI Suite II which was made and developed by AsusTek Computer. The file is usually found in the C:\Program Files and has the size of 383,104 bytes in the Hard Disk Drive. The size may vary on different versions of Operating System used such as Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. The software provides the user to update the drivers of Asus Motherboard and as well as monitoring hardware such as fans, Central Processing Unit (CPU) monitor and other tools to provide the users system information. This file does not belong to the Windows system core and has no visible window. The user can remove the process by manually removing the entire software called AI Suite II. The removal can be done by the use of the Add/Remove utility located in the Control Panel of the Microsoft Operating System user. The software is starts up when the Operating System is started and this software is a Verisign software.
