Kernel Veryfier is the service name of the process asam.exe, which is an executable or EXE file, and is a part of the software product called Kernel Veryfier, which is created by eSXi. Once the program is downloaded onto the computer, asam.exe is also installed, stored on a file folder, mostly located in C:\Program Files, but can be also seen in C:\Windows or C:\Documents and Settings, and registered into the Windows registry. The asam.exe file begins to run in the background, especially during the Windows startup, and it is suggested to keep this process working and functional in the computer. Like other modules, asam.exe is a Windows file, so it can run in all or most versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, or Windows operating systems, also called as Windows OS, which includes Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT, and Windows ME.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. asam.exe. is used by Kernel Veryfier, If you shut down asam.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop asam.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Kernel Veryfier, from your system.
