What is  arupld32.exe

The arupld32.exe file is an executable process that is part of the History Uploader of the software Inverse IP InSight by Inverse Network Technology. The Inverse IP InSight monitors the performance of Windows dial-up networking call attempts and provides reliable service measurements. It is a diagnostic test software which aims to improve the quality service the users received in dial-up networking without service interruptions and privacy invasions. The diagnostic test client is installed as part of the installation of the networking software in the user PC. Once connected online, the Inverse IP InSight uploads service metrics to a server at the user’s ISP or corporate site (at Inverse) and provided then to the network manager. If users have difficulty with the internet access the IP Insight provides more than 150 help screens to troubleshoot connection problems. The help screens are integrated with the dial-up software and the operating system which includes work-flow links for faster troubleshooting of connectivity problems. The Inverse IP InSight requires about 1MB of disk space for installation and uses minimal memory in operation.
