The arcpd.exe is an executable file process belongs to the software Adaptec Storage Manager – Browser Edition by Adaptec. The Adaptec Storage Manager-Browser Edition allows users and administrators to remotely monitor, manage, and configure HOST RAID subsystems through web access with password protection. This Adaptec software is used to create interface products involving video, SCSI, USB, iSCSi, Fibre Channel and IEEE. It produces CD and DVD burning software under brand names such as Easy CD Creator and Toast and network-attached storage devices like the Snap Server products. This created web interface makes it easy to sign up to the Adaptec Storage Manager. The content of an array can be automatically deleted at specified times also using the Adaptec Storage Manager software. Arrays may be set up and managed on systems using the operating systems like Windows Server 2003, 2000 and XP; Red Hat Linux 8.0, 9.0 US and International; and SuSE Linux 8.1 and 8.2. When using the Adapter Storage Manage-Browser Edition, users need to log on to the system with administrator privileges.
