The apexagnt.exe process file is also known as Intel ISS Agent Service developed by the Intel Corporation – an American multinational semiconductor chipmaker corporation. The Intel stands for Integrated Electronics. It is a portion of an electric device that is used to complete the function of any electronic device such as computers, laptops, and others. The apexagnt or the Intel ISS Agent Service basically performs to supply the software, application, and system needs of a computer. However, the user should also check its compatibility to the operating system being used. Problems and computer system troubles may be encountered if the program is not properly installed or is not compatible with the user’s OS. This *.exe file can be found in the C:\Program Files folder and subfolders. It contains a file size of 491,520 bytes on Operating Systems such as Windows 7 and Windows XP.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. apexagnt.exe. is used by ISS Agent Service, If you shut down apexagnt.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
