What is apcdm.exe
The apcdm.exe process is an executable program file that has been classified by many user reports as a malicious application integrated with spyware functionalities for secretly monitoring user activity in the infected Windows-based system. The apcdm.exe process is said by the same user reports to be covertly placed and activated in the system upon downloading and installing application trial version crackers, fake codecs and various registry key generators. According to these user reports, the apcdm.exe process, upon its successful placement and activation in the Windows-based system, is capable of creating and injecting keys and entries into the Windows System Registry, in which these registry keys and entries instruct the system to allow the apcdm.exe process to automatically initialize during system startup and to covertly operate as a hidden background process during system runtime. Some users reported that their anti-malware applications classified the apcdm.exe process as Monitoring-Tool:W32/PCDM.A, while other users claim that the apcdm.exe process is detected by their anti-virus programs as MonitoringTool:Win32/DrpuPCDataManager.
How can I stop apcdm.exe and should I?
