The process amoumain.exe is cpmmonly known as A4tech wheel mouse application, an executable file associated with A4tech USB / PS/2 mouse application. This process is automatically started in entry registry of Run, Run Once, Run Services, or Run Services Once. The amoumain.exe file is located in [% C: \ PROGRA~1 \ Hardware \ Mouse \ amoumain.exe%]. This is installed with the drivers for the A4tech wireless mouse. It has a system tray icon that enables the user to view or change various settings the A4tech mouse. This is a legitimate file, and is registered as amoumain.exe to A4tech Process Server Database. This application does not considered to be a security risk. Although amoumain.exe is non-essential system process, it should not be terminated in the computer system unless causing problems. If the information included in the amoumain.exe is inaccurate, then consider it as a malware or spyware programs, as many of them also camouflage the file name process. The amoumain.exe process uses a low memory of the central processing unit and utilizes 326 KB of RAM or virtual memory.
