The library file alibabar.dll is a process also related to IE add-on belonging to software AliBaBar and developed by Alfred, C.S. Li. AliBaBar is the software that sets Simplified Chinese website to be converted into a Traditional translation or vice-versa. It allows the Internet Explorer to increase in the functions of Simplified/Traditional referrals. The common Chinese characters on the computer code are usually divided into two. They are the Traditional Chinese Big5 code and the Simplified Chinese GB code. There is a rather large structural difference between the two codes as they belong in the text. So users accustomed to Traditional Chinese code could barely understand translated English texts in Simplified code. The AliBabar software solves this problem by having a high liquidity of both the text codes on the network facilitating better reading of the users. The alibabar.dll file is also known as the IE add-on.
