The agent_wifi.exe is a TVAgent WiFi under the property of TVAgent WiFi software from the developer Terra Virtual. This is a non-system process, meaning, this is not preinstalled but may have been installed by the user during a download of software from the internet. This process is not considered CPU intensive. Users running too many processes on their system may notice that the PC’s performance may slow down. Using Microsoft System Configuration Utility, users can manually find and disable processes they do not need to launch upon start-up. This file, agent_wifi.exe is not a Windows core file therefore it has lower technical security risk rating of 16%. It has also a visible icon on the taskbar next to the clock which serves as a shortcut access to the program. It can be located at the subfolder of C:\Program Files. The file size on Windows 7 and Windows XP is 791,552 bytes.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. agent_wifi.exe. is used by TVAgent WiFi, If you shut down agent_wifi.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop agent_wifi.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is TVAgent WiFi, from your system.
