The aexauditpls.exe process is also known as the Audit +Plus Agent and it is owned by Altiris. The program does not contain description. The program does not have any visible window and it is not a Windows system file. It is a Verisign signed file. There are mixed comments regarding whether or not the Audit +Plus Agent is digitally signed. It contains the technical security rating of 30% dangerous, making it relatively safe to be used by the user. It does not pose any significant risk of harming the user’s computer system. It is advisable to keep the process from running in the computer system and not be terminated unless it is specifically causing the user problems. Terminating the file may run the possibility of the user in experience inconvenient errors within his or her PC system and cause the computer to malfunction. This is an executable file and the best route to maintain the PC in operation is to keep the file within its place.
