This adblock.exe file is an executable file also known as Systweak Ad and Popup Blocker. This is the property of product software Advanced System Optimizer which was developed by Systweak. This file has a package of tools that is useful for optimizing system performances and tweaking windows. This program can access the registry, back it up, remove unwanted entries, and many others. The user's privacy is protected by removing web history and cookies in the browser. This process also include functionalities like spyware detection, mail checking, icon managing, fast emailing, backing up tools, and many more. The process has the ability to interact with the web browser and identify unwanted ads and popups and blocks them. It also has browser notifications that allow user to decide whether to block a particular pop up or not. This file runs as a background process.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. adblock.exe. is used by Advanced System Optimizer, If you shut down adblock.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop adblock.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Advanced System Optimizer, from your system.
