The ad2kclient.exe is one of the many executable files of the computer processes. The ad2kclient.exe, shortly named AD2KClient, is a property of product software Active Disk also known as iomega AD2KClient or Iomegaware that has been created or developed by Iomega. The AD2KClient enables software applications to be executed through Iomega’s direct Zip disk. Iomega is a technical website that specializes in creating backups and virtualizations for business computers. It also makes sure it provides valuable data business anywhere through its cloud solutions services. Iomega offers secure access and connection to video surveillances which can all be installed on a computer. Since their development of the file ad2kclient.exe, Iomega has been working on providing services for businesses requiring high performing gadgets like computers, laptops, and even network storages to name a few. AD2KClient can be removed from a user’s computer by uninstalling the software, Active Disk, from the control panel.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ad2kclient.exe. is used by Active Disk, If you shut down ad2kclient.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop ad2kclient.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Active Disk, from your system.
