Acer VCM is the process that is enabled through the installation of the file acervcm.exe. This is Acer’s Video Conference Manager, and also its Voice Connection Manager. This comes installed with Acer laptops, and its file path is in C:\Program Files\Acer\Acer VCM\acervcm.exe. Average file size is 708,608 bytes. It is rated safe by users and system security threat analyzers. The process gives users a voice and video application that they can use with their Instant Messaging service. The application is compatible with popular IM services, and it does not matter if the users’ IM service and that of the person that they are chatting with are not the same; the application will still work.
