What is  accsvc.exe

The accsvc.exe file is known in three other names. They are ThinkVantage Access Connections Main Service Module, Access Connections Main Service, and ThinkVantage Access Connections Main Service. This is a product software created and developed by Lenovo. The software names are ThinkVantage Access Connections, Access Connections, IBM Access Connections, My Book Device Driver, and ThinkVantage Access Connections Main Service Module. The software file can be stored on a Windows 7 and Windows XP operating systems at 184,320 bytes 26% of the time and at 151,552 bytes in other instances. There are around 13 more storage variants available. The file can be located on C:\Program Files but is not a Windows system file meaning the storage size does not affect the memory of the computer. The program does not have a visible window whenever it runs in the background making it vulnerable at 40% since users cannot determine whether the program is really running or a malware disguised as the program is.

How can I stop accsvc.exe and should I?

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. accsvc.exe. is used by IBM Access Connections, If you shut down accsvc.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop accsvc.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is IBM Access Connections, from your system.
