Sugeruję działa Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth z wiersza polecenia w przypadku wystąpienia zepsucie plików systemowych, to działa tak samo jak sfc /scannow ale faktycznie naprawia błędy.

Mam nadzieję, że pomaga.
