porque el metrosidebar del tema de windows 10 no funciona

empeze a tener este problema cuando lo descargue
mi pc es windows 7 pero le puse el tema de windows 10 y cuando ingreso al metrosidebar me dice metrosidebar for windows dejo de funcionar

Hola,

Te sugiero correr Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth desde un símbolo del sistema elevado en el caso de que haya corrupción de archivos del sistema, que hace lo mismo que sfc /scannow pero en realidad corrige cualquier error.

Espero que eso ayude.
