Mail Single Instance, or ytsingleinstance.dll, is responsible in speeding up the navigation to the program Yahoo! Mail, as the Yahoo! Toolbar keeps track of open sessions of the email, and navigates to open those sessions. In other words, it is a quick way of using Yahoo! Mail, as no browser is needed for navigation.
