The vmntemplatex.dll process is a modular Dynamic Link Library (DLL) file that is implemented into the Windows system by the Somoto Toolbar software, which is a Windows program classified as a Web browser add-on application developed with a set of functions that can allow users to conveniently check updates and posts in their favorite social networks via their Web browsers, conduct search engine queries and access weather updates among other features. The vmntemplatex.dll file is placed in the system upon the installation of the Somoto Toolbar software, and the vmntemplatex.dll file assists the Somoto Toolbar in integrating its embedded functionalities into the Internet Explorer program among other widely used Web browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. The vmntemplatex.dll file can accommodate simultaneous referencing requests from multiple applications because its souce code is implemented with program logic compilation specifications normally used for content stored in the DLL file format, which means multiple browser windows with the Somoto Toolbar can be actively running in the system, with each one still capable of referencing the vmntemplatex.dll module to implement certain features of the Somoto Toolbar into each of those Web browser windows. The vmntemplatex.dll module is included as one of the component files and libraries bundled into the installer distribution packages of the Somoto Toolbar program.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. vmntemplatex.dll. is used by Somoto Toolbar, If you shut down vmntemplatex.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop vmntemplatex.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Somoto Toolbar, from your system.
