The vcsystray.exe process is an executable file and the most essential part of the program VAIO Care, which is manufactured and digitally signed (VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer - G2) by Sony Corporation. This file program is basically associated with the tune-ups, maintenance and security of Sony computers, from desktops to laptops. It has the function to maintain the overall good performance of a computer, as well as scan and diagnose technical problems or mechanical issues, recover data files or applications, and create recovery discs that backs up the system software and computer settings. This application also has the capability to connect to VAIO Support, which is a professional and online assistance service offered by Sony. In just a single click of the “Assist” button, the vcsystray.exe file is able to launch itself providing all the tasks, which eventually give assistance to the user and solution to whatever PC problems that are currently occurring.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. vcsystray.exe. is used by VAIO Care, If you shut down vcsystray.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop vcsystray.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is VAIO Care, from your system.
