The ulcdrsvr.exe process is the executable file that launches the Ulead CD and DVD drivers in Workshop Server, Ulead’s data burning function software. There are reported issues with using this program, therefore Ulead provided the following tips on such events: • Use authentic software. • There should only be one disk-writing software installed in a machine. The user has to disable one program if there are two. Ulcdrsvr.exe can be uninstalled from the Corel software located in the Windows Control Panel Add/Remove Programs panel (in Windows XP) and Programs and Features (in Windows 7 and Windows Vista). • Uninstall and reinstall the software should an error occurs. • Check for newer versions of the software or visit Ulead’s support page. • Always use an Antivirus program in the computer. • Report all security-related issues to Ulead. Ulcdrsvr.exe is located in either C:\Program Files\Common Files or in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\DVD folder paths.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ulcdrsvr.exe. is used by Ulead Systems, If you shut down ulcdrsvr.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop ulcdrsvr.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Ulead Systems, from your system.
