Called by the service name Panasonic Trap Monitor, the process trapmnnt.exe, which is an executable or EXE file, is a component of the program Panasonic Trap Monitor Service, or Panasonic Document Management, or Kensington PCKey LE, which is created by Panasonic. During the installation process, trapmnnt.exe is downloaded onto the computer, along with other modules including the files that are dependent with it. When it is installed, trapmnnt.exe stores itself on a folder location, usually in C:\Program Files, registered into the Windows registry, and automatically starts to run in the background. Once downloaded, this file must not be terminated or stopped, unless it is causing problem or errors that affect the performance of the computer system, and if removed, it disables its function. Furthermore, trapmnnt.exe works with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, which include Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT, and Windows ME, by Microsoft Corporation.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. trapmnnt.exe. is used by Panasonic Document Management or Panasonic Trap Monitor Service, If you shut down trapmnnt.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop trapmnnt.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Panasonic Document Management or Panasonic Trap Monitor Service, from your system.
