The tosrfcom.sys file is specifically integrated as one of the components of the Bluetooth RFCOMM module, which is an applet built into these associated Toshiba firmware and driver software resources. As the name implies, the Bluetooth RFCOMM module is associated with the Bluetooth connectivity features that are embedded into these supported Toshiba laptops and devices. The tosrfcom.sys file is integrated into the installer distributions of these Toshiba firmware and driver software components, which also means the tosrfcom.sys file is placed in the system upon the installation of these firmware and driver software resources.
