What is  tfswctrl.exe

Drive Letter Assignment or Drive Letter Access, with the file extension of tfswctrl.exe, is the process that installs when you install the driver for HP CD/DVD-RW devices. The basic function of the file is to allow users to copy files or data directly to CDs, without having to use the actual CD/DVD burning software. The file is short, provides you with a shortcut to copying data to CDs straight from Windows applications.
