This file is downloaded onto the computer, begins to run in the background and executes its particular function, which also includes the launching of other modules that are included or bundled within the software. Like other executable or EXE files, tbkern32.exe is compatible with all or most versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, also known as Windows operating system or OS, which is developed and popularized by Microsoft Corporation. It can be downloaded onto Windows 8 computer, as well as Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, and Windows NT. It is recommended to keep the file running as a background service, and must not be terminated, unless as it does not affect the performance of the computer system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. tbkern32.exe. is used by GME EPC 3 or PartsManagerPro or Transbase/CD Database System, If you shut down tbkern32.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
