The taisregistpinger.exe process, also known as fbdpinger, is a valid component of the Toshiba Registration software. Under Toshiba America Information Systems, this provides drivers and utilities for Toshiba laptops, accessories and gadgets. The file may be found in a C:\Program Files subfolder and on disk image, it is located in C:\Program Files\toshiba\toshibaregistration\taisregistpinger.exe. Fifty to seventy-five percent of its occurrences on Windows 7/XP consume 297,344 bytes. It is a digitally signed file with MD5 signature of ebda96b7801f93e337f34d1068424790 under Verisign. This program is neither Windows system file nor a core component of Windows. Taisregistpinger.exe is an invisible process that can monitor other programs and document input. It can start by command from the service controller and follows protocols from service control. It operates as a background service for Windows as the System account. It can act as a network computer and has a broad control over the local computer. It can be added or uninstalled through the “Add or Remove Programs” feature of the Windows Control Panel.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. taisregistpinger.exe. is used by Toshiba Registration Module, If you shut down taisregistpinger.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop taisregistpinger.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Toshiba Registration Module, from your system.
