The srvmod.exe file is included in the installer distribution packages of these Mustek firmware and driver software resources, which means the srvmod.exe process is implemented into the system upon the successful installation of these Mustek firmware and driver software resources. The srvmod.exe process and the ScanExpress SE A3 USB module along with the other firmware and driver software components of compatible Mustek scanners are implemented with support for widely used versions of Microsoft Windows.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. srvmod.exe. is used by Mustek ScanExpress SE A3 USB Driver Module, If you shut down srvmod.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
