Softauto.exe is also known as the process CTSUScheduler.exe. The process file belongs to the Creative Software which Creative Technology Limited has developed. Creative software is integrated in several of the products manufactured by Creative Technology. These products include a wide collection of entertainment tablets, MP3 players and other handheld devices. Creative Technology specifically labors on the development of the THX TruStudio Pro and EAX Advanced HD for games and home entertainment and of the variety of ZEN series MP3 players for mobile entertainment and music. The softauto.exe helps in activating the functionalities of Creative software once it starts to run upon the initialization of the computer. Softauto.exe is automatically installed in the computer once the Creative device containing the software is attached to the terminal. Softauto.exe supports the features of the software which involve gaming, listening to music, home entertainment, travel, online chatting and others. Other Creative products include headsets, webcams and video cameras.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. softauto.exe. is used by Creative Software, If you shut down softauto.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop softauto.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Creative Software, from your system.
