What is shdserv.exe
The shdserv.exe process is otherwise known as the Shield COM Server Module or the Rollback Rx COM Server Module. Another name for it is EAZ FIX COM Server Module, which belongs to the software named Rollback Rx or EAZ-FIX, and this is also called the Rollback Rx COM Server Module, or the Drive Vaccine PC Restore Plus, which was developed by the company Horizon Datasys. The Rollback Rx has two components, namely the Subconsole (the Mini Operating System that boots before Windows), and the GUI (Graphical User Interface) components (windows interface). Its primary task is to be a service for any action or scheduled task by the system. The available service also has an option of removing it. This is usually installed as a Windows service for the startup entry of the PC. Rollback Rx is an example of a system that restores utility and enables the users and IT professionals to easily restore a PC to a time before an accidental event that occurred in the computer’s system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. shdserv.exe. is used by Rollback Rx COM Server Module, If you shut down shdserv.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
