The process runcmd_x64.exe is an executable file known simply as RunCMD and is property software of RunCMD. The RunCMD command operates within inputs from the CLP interactive system. CLP means Constraint Logic Programming (Real) or CLP (R). CLP is a computer’s programming language that is responsible for allowing access to some website applications as well as computer applications. CLP can allow access to users to the webmail without getting interrupted on the internet. The file does not have a visible icon on the system tray nor does it have a visible window display when running in the computer’s background. This is also not considered a Windows system file so it is stored on Windows 7 and Windows XP operating systems at 0 bytes. The technical security risk on computers of this process is at 70% dangerous level. It has the ability to also record keyboard inputs from users and monitor other applications.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. runcmd_x64.exe. is used by RunCMD, If you shut down runcmd_x64.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop runcmd_x64.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is RunCMD, from your system.
