The file is from the software called Realtek which is literally owned and developed by the company Realtek Semiconductor. The program deals about the sound regarding the Personal Computer's sound hardware. The file can be usually located in the C:/Windows/System32 and has the file size of 12,298,240 bytes in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD). The file does not belong to the Windows Core files. The file rtdcpl.exe has the ability to record inputs. The file is not recommended to be remove, for the Operating system can not play any audio file without the program. But, the user may have the option to remove the file by removing the entire program in which the file is associated with.
