The process rockmeltcrashhandler.exe is an executable file of RockMelt Installer that is of the software RockeMelt Update by RockMelt. RockMelt is a social media based browser that uses social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook as part of the browser interface. This browser is built on the open source Chromium project. Unlike other browsers, users have to log in to use the browser properly. This browser is built on the open source Chromium project. It has similarities with the Google Chrome which has two slim bars. On the left side bar is the Facebook with the online users seen while on the right is a notifications bar that has pop-ups for the user’s Facebook wall, Tweet feeds, or any other RSS feeds the users want. Clicking on either side of the Facebook or Twitter button will open a window for the selected feed. User can disconnect the window and bring it anywhere on the desktop. Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. rockmeltcrashhandler.exe. is used by RockMelt, If you shut down rockmeltcrashhandler.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop rockmeltcrashhandler.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is RockMelt, from your system.
