RealNetworks Installer is the other name of the file called rnupgagent.exe file. The file literally belongs to the RealNetworks Installer (32-bit version). The software was owned and was developed by the RealNetworks Company. The file is a part of Video player called Real Networks. The file can usually be located in the C:\Program Files and has the file size of 308,864 bytes in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD). But the size of the file may vary when installed in different versions of Operating System such as the Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. The program does not provide the user with a window to manipulate the behavior of the program. The file is a trusted file of the Microsoft Windows Operating System. The file does not belong to the Windows Core file. A trusted file is not recommended to be removed from the Personal Computer. The user may have the option to remove the file by removing the entire program in which the file is associated with.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. rnupgagent.exe. is used by REAlnetwork, If you shut down rnupgagent.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop rnupgagent.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is REAlnetwork, from your system.
