The regshave.exe file is referred to as Shaving Registry, which is a component included in the software Registry Shaver, also known by other names, including Acoustica Effects Pack or Boris Continuum Complete and Win AVI HelixSDK, and created by Fuji Photo Film Company, Ltd. The Registry Shaver program is actually a part of the driver used for the line of digital cameras of Fuji Finepix, but what it does exactly is to clean the registry of all components installed on the computer during the time they are being uninstalled. This file only runs when the process of uninstalling the driver associated with it has started. Regardless, this file is a module that is expected to remain stored on the computer system. In case of removing the program, any registries of components are not cleaned or deleted if the file regshave.exe is removed or stopped working. This file is also not found on the computer if the entire Registry Shaver software is removed.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. regshave.exe. is used by Registry Shaver, If you shut down regshave.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop regshave.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Registry Shaver, from your system.
