No specific definition of the process that installs with the executable file receiver.exe is available. Based on users’ comments on the file, this seems to be associated with two different applications. The first application is associated with honestech One Touch DVD, and its process name is Tonecast Receiver. This particular process enables users to transfer files from VHS tapes to DVDs. The file path is C:\Program Files\honestech\One Touch DVD\ receiver.exe. The second application is related to the software for Citrix Receiver, licensed under Citrix Systems, Inc. For this receiver.exe file, the process name is Citrix Receiver Application. Again, based on users’ comments, this specific file enables a log-in application for user-specific websites such as school portals for students and administration personnel.
