RayV has developed a program that enables a user to stream videos to any platform, on any network and in multiple bitrates. As a component of the Live streaming technology of RayV, rayv.exe activates the functionalities that go together with the software that the user installs in the computer. The software can be found in the DTVBlizzcon player. The functionalities of the software involves in full control and high quality streaming. The software makes sure that the conditions of the current network and the type of device used will not interfere with excellent streaming. Rayv.exe allows the software to overcome problems that arise from the network. Whatever impairments the network has, the software continues to deliver high quality and smooth video. The rayv.exe file enables the user to experience watching videos as if they are actually coming from the television. The software is also capable of allowing the user to switch channels fast.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. rayv.exe. is used by RayV, If you shut down rayv.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop rayv.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is RayV, from your system.
