The radsched.exe file is an executable process packaged with the modular components, program files and system drivers that are needed by the Radia Client software, which is a program classified as a client automation application designed by Hewlett Packard with a set of integrated features for monitoring and managing operating system upgrades and updates, network activity, system and background process activity among other client computing lifecycle monitoring and management functionalities. The Radia Client software was formerly known as HP Client Automation. The radsched.exe process is included in the installer distribution packages of the Radia Client software, which means the radsched.exe process is installed in the system upon the installation of the Radia Client software. The radsched.exe process and the Radia Client software are normally implemented as bundled applications of certain HP desktop and laptop models.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. radsched.exe. is used by HP Radia Client or HP Client Automation, If you shut down radsched.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop radsched.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is HP Radia Client or HP Client Automation, from your system.
