What is  nsvcappflt.exe

The file nsvcappflt.exe is installed with NVidia drivers. While there are no extensive descriptions of the file available, it is believed to be related to NVidia Firewall; more specifically, the file is said to be NVidia Network Access Manager. This is a background service that runs upon turning on the computer and launching Windows startup. There were no definite information found with regards to what the process actually does, but it was found to be causing CPU memory problems. Users who had high CPU usage disabled the process, and thereafter, immediately experienced better CPU performance. Users also did not find other NVidia processes affected with the disabling of the file. Lastly, CPU hogging was discovered to be, because of conflicts with antivirus programs; where the NVidia firewall and the AV firewall, did not agree with each other. As a precautionary measure however, users recommend checking first what type of motherboard is installed, because there are Asus motherboards that need the file to function properly.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. nsvcappflt.exe. is used by Nvidia, If you shut down nsvcappflt.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop nsvcappflt.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Nvidia, from your system.
