The netint.exe process is deployed as one of the executable component files of the Toshiba Software Upgrades application, which is a program that is bundled with the firmware and driver software packages of certain Toshiba laptops and devices. The netint.exe process is specifically built into the NIE - Toshiba Software Upgrade Engine module of the Toshiba Software Upgrades program, which means the netint.exe process is activated by the executable program dispatcher of the NIE - Toshiba Software Upgrade Engine module whenever the Toshiba Software Upgrades application needs to implement cetain functionalities of this module into the system. The netint.exe process, upon its execution, calls on other associated program files and system processes as well as references required modular system resources and application-specific modules, in order to load the functionalities of the NIE - Toshiba Software Upgrade Engine module unto the Toshiba Software Upgrades application.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. netint.exe. is used by Toshiba Software Upgrades and NIE - Toshiba Software Upgrade Engine Module, If you shut down netint.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop netint.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Toshiba Software Upgrades and NIE - Toshiba Software Upgrade Engine Module, from your system.
