What is msr.exe
The msr.exe file is a background process that runs with the My Screen Recorder program. Msr.exe can be found inside the same directory that My Screen Recorder is installed, and can use up to a memory space of 400 KB and a disk space of 2.5 MB approximately. The program's main function happens during the start-up of the My Screen Recorder where it loads the window responsible for the user to be able to select specific properties and functions as needed. Since this is one of the core components of the program that enables users to capture complete screenshot of the activity of one's monitor and may also add voice recording, this process accesses system files of an operating system when running. This runs without connection to the internet and doesn't have any other hardware requirement. Optimum performance of this process can be determined by adjusting the screen area that the user wishes to capture, as well as keeping the output file size the smallest possible.
