Certain Lexmark printer models are equipped with firmware components and driver software utilities that are embedded with the Lexmark Communication System module, which is an applet built into the drivers and firmware applications of these Lexmark printing machines, and the lxcecoms.exe process is specifically deployed by Lexmark International as one of the components of this built-in module. This means the lxcecoms.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation of the firmware resources and device driver software utilities of these associated Lexmark printers, which also means the lxcecoms.exe process is integrated into the installer distribution packages of these Lexmark printer driver software resources and firmware utilities.
