The lvpr2mon.sys file is a system driver utility that is implemented into the system upon the installation of the Logitech QuickCam application, which is a Windows program bundled with supported Logitech QuickCam Web camera devices. This means the lvpr2mon.sys process is also packaged into the installer applications that are distributed with these bundled Logitech QuickCam device utilities. These Logitech QuickCam device programs include firmware resources and driver software applications that are used by the system and the Logitech QuickCam software for integrating the functionalities of this Web camera into the Windows-based system. To stop lvpr2mon.sys, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Logitech QuickCam and Logitech QuickCam Firmware/Driver Software and Logitech ProcMon Driver Module, from your system.
