The lexmvservice.exe file is an EXE program process component of the Lexmark MarkVision Professional software, which is a Windows program classified as a printer device and printing network management application that was developed by Lexmark with a set of tools for monitoring all Lexmark printing devices connected to the network and for alerting users and network administrators about certain notifications regarding activities performed by networked Lexmark printers. The lexmvservice.exe process is specifically deployed as an executable component of the Lexmark MarkVision Service module, which is an applet built into the Lexmark MarkVision Professional software, and the lexmvservice.exe process is configured by default to automatically run during system startup and operate as a background process during system runtime, in order to implement the functionalities of the Lexmark MarkVision Professional software into Windows-based server and client systems.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. lexmvservice.exe. is used by Lexmark MarkVision Professional, If you shut down lexmvservice.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop lexmvservice.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Lexmark MarkVision Professional, from your system.
