The file PS QL Launcher has an internal name called launcher.exe file. The file belongs to the software Soft Thinks Launcher which was literally owned and was developed by the soft Thinks. The program launches any applications associated with it. The file can by usually found in the C: directory under the Program Files and has the file size of 45,056 bytes in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD). But the file size may change when used in different versions of Operating Systems such as the Windows XP, Windows Vista And Windows 7.The file is not from the Windows core file and contains no window for the user to manipulate the program's behavior. The program usually starts when the Operating Systems is started. The application may have the ability to monitor other applications and can record inputs too. The user however may remove the file when there are problems. This can be done by removing the entire program in which the file is associated with. The user may utilize the Add/Remove Program Utility located in the Control Panel of the Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. launcher.exe. is used by Soft Thinks Launcher, If you shut down launcher.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop launcher.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Soft Thinks Launcher, from your system.
