What is l1rezerv.exe
Many users claim that the l1rezerv.exe process is an executable program file that is associated with a malicious variant of the Trojan:Win32/Sisron family of Trojans, while other user reports state that the l1rezerv.exe file belongs to the Trojan.FakeAV family of rogue anti-virus applications and Trojans. The l1rezerv.exe process is said to be capable of creating and inserting keys and entries into the Windows System Registry upon its successful placement and execution in the system, in order to instruct the Windows-based system to allow the l1rezerv.exe process to automatically run during system startup. Upon its automatic initialization, the l1rezerv.exe process has been reported to be capable of operating as a background process without the user's consent during system runtime, in order to search for unsecure TCP/IP network ports that it can exploit and use to initiate contact with the remote servers of its authors. Upon connecting with these predesignated Web servers, the l1rezerv.exe process is said to be capable of downloading more malicious applications and uploading private user data, computer specifications, installed software details and Internet browsing information, which the l1rezerv.exe process is said to be able to gather with its malicious components from the infected system and its default Web browser, to the remote servers of its authors.
