The jminside.exe process is an executable file that is packaged with the firmware and driver software components of certain JMicron IDE/SATA/RAID chipset devices, and the jminside.exe file serves as the executable program dispatcher process of the installer for the JMicron JMB36X driver software. This means the jminside.exe file launches the JMicron JMB36X installer when activated and also requests for the system to allow the installation process to continue upon user consent. The jminside.exe installer process then unloads unto the system other files and resources that are required by the associated JMicron IDE chipset to perform its intended operations. The functionalities integrated into the corresponding JMicron IDE chipset device are also implemented into the system by the jminside.exe process, through the firmware and driver software components of the hardware device. The jminside.exe process contains sequential lines of commands and installer application directives that are encoded with program logic compilation specifications normally implemented into source code stored in the EXE file format.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. jminside.exe. is used by JMicron JMB36X Driver Installer, If you shut down jminside.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop jminside.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is JMicron JMB36X Driver Installer, from your system.
