What is  itchfltr.sys

The itchfltr.sys process is a system driver utility that is distributed with other SYS driver files, some executable application resources, certain Dynamic Link Library (DLL) modules, specific background process items and various components that belong to the firmware distributions and driver software resources of certain Logitech keyboard devices. The itchfltr.sys file and some of these components belong to the Logitech Key Commander software, which is a Windows application bundled with these Logitech keyboard firmware packages and device driver software distributions. The itchfltr.sys file is specifically deployed as one of the components of the Logitech PS2 Keyboard Filter Driver module, which is an applet built into the Logitech Key Commander program and these associated Logitech keyboard device driver software resources and firmware components. The itchfltr.sys file is placed in the system upon the installation of the Logitech Key Commander application or after the successful integration of these associated Logitech keyboard driver software components and firmware distributions.
