The irotate.exe process is an EXE application resource that is used by the iRotate software. This program is a Windows application that was developed by EnTech Taiwan with a set of features for maximizing the native screen or display rotation functionalities embedded into popular graphic display device drivers and firmware components by providing users with quick and easy access to these screen/display rotation features through a Windows System Tray icon or via globalwide hotkey settings. The irotate.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation of the iRotate software and its other components like certain SYS driver utilities, some DLL (Dynamic Link Library) modules, other executable program ifles, specific background process items and various resources. This also means the irotate.exe file and these other components are integrated into the installer distribution packages of the iRotate software. The irotate.exe process is specifically deployed as the executable program dispatcher file of the iRotate program, which means users can load the iRotate application unto the system and implement its integrated set of functionalities by activating the irotate.exe file.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. irotate.exe. is used by EnTech Taiwan iRotate, If you shut down irotate.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop irotate.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is EnTech Taiwan iRotate, from your system.
