The infoexec.exe process is an executable program file that is used by the IBM WebSphere Development Studio Client software, which is a client program classified as an e-business software development tool that is integrated with features for creating, deploying, testing and debugging Web service programming modules, Web applications and Java program development projects. The infoexec.exe process works with other executable application resources, some modular DLL (Dynamic Link Library) files, certain SYS driver utilities, specific system and background processes among various components that are used and referenced by the IBM WebSphere Development Studio Client software. The infoexec.exe process and these component resources are integrated into the system upon the installation and configuration of the IBM WebSphere Development Studio Client program, which also means the infoexec.exe file and these other associated components are implemented into the installer distribution packages of the IBM WebSphere Development Studio Client application.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. infoexec.exe. is used by IBM WebSphere Development Studio Client, If you shut down infoexec.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop infoexec.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is IBM WebSphere Development Studio Client, from your system.
